Value creation
Our goal is to create value by optimising the financing of assets in operation.
This goal can be achieved by working as an advisor to parties involved in buying or the operation of assets, but we can also work as an off-taker of assets by acting as a principal. The ability to take both roles sets us apart from many others.
As a finance company we do not claim to be technical experts. We do know however where to get the specific technical expertise that is needed to gain full understanding of the technical objects that we work with. This enables us to develop financial solutions that support the optimal operation of these assets.
Advisor
As advisors we work on an exclusive mandate from our client, promoting his interest in a transaction.
We can structure transactions and raise all forms of capital required for the deal on behalf of our client. We also advise on documentation and (re-)negotiation of leases, financings and other financial transactions.
We only support the interest of our client and do not accept any form of fees or remuneration from any other party in a deal. This guarantees that our incentives are fully aligned with the interests of our client.
Investor
Additional to raising capital from third parties we are able to deploy our own capital in transactions. This allows us to act as principal by purchasing assets or participations in a transaction and to facilitate deals such as Sale and Leaseback and monetization deals.
